The Sardinia Region has released the new bulletin on the Covid-19 epidemic on the island.
Here are the data from Tuesday 2 November 2021: “In Sardinia today there are 30 further confirmed cases of COVID positivity, based on 934 people tested. A total of 2431 tests were processed, including molecular and antigenic.
There are 7 patients admitted to intensive care units (one more than yesterday).
There are 42 patients admitted to the medical area (fewer than yesterday).
1298 are the cases of home isolation (9 more than yesterday).
There are two deaths: a 72-year-old man and an 89-year-old woman, both resident in the province of Southern Sardinia ”.
The positivity rate was 1.2%.
