Covid, 2,575 cases and 4 deaths in Sardinia: ordinary hospitalizations increase

There are 2,575 new cases of Covid in Sardinia. This is what the Regional Crisis Unit communicates, specifying that 1,807 infections have been diagnosed as antigenic.

With 15,056 molecular and antigenic swabs processed, the positivity rate is 17.1%.

Four deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours: these are two people residing in the province of Nuoro, an 82-year-old man from southern Sardinia and one of 86 residing in the Oristano area.

There are 29 Covid patients in the intensive care units on the island, one fewer than yesterday. On the other hand, hospitalizations in the medical area are increasing: there are 413 patients, 10 more than the figure 24 hours ago.

In home isolation we find 32,197 Sardinians, +1,011 compared to yesterday.
