Covid, 1,855 infections and six deaths on the island: hospitalizations are growing

Another 1,855 infections were detected in the last 24 hours in Sardinia, is what emerges from the latest bulletin of the crisis unit. Of the new cases, 1,453 were diagnosed as antigenic.
With 12,078 molecular and antigenic swabs processed in total, the positivity rate is 12%.
Six other people lost their lives due to Covid: two women in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari, aged 84 and 93; a 64-year-old man and an 86-year-old woman resident in Southern Sardinia; finally, an 88-year-old from the province of Sassari and another person residing in the Nuorese area.
18 patients are hospitalized in intensive care, one less than yesterday. On the other hand, hospitalizations in the medical area are increasing, where there are 325 positive people at Covid, +12 compared to yesterday.
There are 29,586 Sardinians in home isolation (+8 in the last 24 hours).
