This is the accusation against an employee of the Municipality of Quartu , the 57-year-old from Sinnai Franco Pusceddu, involved in an investigation called "Surprise questioning" conducted by the financiers of the provincial command of Palermo .

Other INPS civil servants are also in trouble: all of them would have transferred confidential information to entrepreneurs in the debt collection sector with two offices, one in Palermo and the other in Riccione. The organization had ramifications in Sardinia, Campania and Emilia Romagna.

The owners of the two companies allegedly bribed public employees to find confidential information regarding the employment and contributory position of unsuspecting INPS users, against whom they had received from third parties the task of recovering credits.

The military of the economic and financial police unit carried out an order of the investigating judge of Palermo, at the request of the prosecutor . Sixteen suspects are involved in the investigation into the crimes of criminal association, corruption, unauthorized access to databases, disclosure and use of official secrecy, as well as administrative liability.

After an appeal to the Review Court by the public prosecutor , house arrest was issued against an entrepreneur from Riccione and the ban on business activities for six months for the de facto administrator of the Palermo company. With the same provision, the preventive seizure of three credit recovery companies for a value of over 77 thousand euros was triggered . The execution of the measures is suspended until the decision becomes final.
