The deputy prefect of Cagliari Andrea Leo summoned the mayor of Castiadas Eugenio Murgioni, the representatives of the Arma, the Fire Brigade, the Forestry and Alpine Rescue, the Civil Protection involved in the research of Luciano Luccheddu, the eighty-year-old mysteriously disappeared a week ago after leaving the house on his bicycle. He took stock of the situation and also of the other investigations carried out by the police after the complaint by his family. “We are all worried - said the mayor Murgioni - in these days everything is being done to find the man: the territory has been beaten with great attention also with the use of drones. A helicopter was used. Everything has so far been useless. You can't even find the bike he always carried with him ".

A new video conference is scheduled for tomorrow to take stock of the situation also with the prefect. Today the searches have gone on in different parts of the Sarrabus. Some artificial lakes in Olia Speciosa and S'Acqua callenti were plumbed. Tomorrow the searches will be concentrated again in the vicinity of Olia Speciosa, the hamlet of Castiadas where Luciano Luccheddu resides. The investigations are coordinated by Major Massimo Meloni, commander of the Company of the Carabinieri of San Vito: in recent days two woolen caps were found: they are not, however, of the disappeared.
