Castiadas, inaugurated the large inclusive mural created as a group

There is the Cala Pira tower, the blue of the sea, the green of the mountains, the happiness of children. And also animals, birds, nature. There is all this in the ten meter long mural just inaugurated on the wall of the municipal gym of Olia Speciosa.

A mural created in December by citizens of Castiadas - in particular by special children - under the guidance of the artist and painting master Giorgio Polo as part of the social inclusion project "Taking flight" launched last year together with the cooperative Caravan Village.

«It was an exceptional job – said the mayor of Castiadas Eugenio Murgioni – carried out by guys who were always happy and smiling. Murgioni assures us that « next year we will do another mural, on the other wall . A touch of serenity and joy near the new school that will be built with Pnrr funds." The "Spiccare il Volo" project was financed by the Sardinia Foundation.
