Marco Mameli's funeral will be held next week. Unless there is a sudden change of scenery, linked to the investigative activity, the body of the twenty-two-year-old from Ilbono killed last Saturday in Bari Sardo remains at the disposal of the judicial authorities at the Lanusei hospital.

The prosecutor coordinating the investigation, Giovanna Morra, took time for a more in-depth comparison with the forensic doctors who, on Wednesday, performed the autopsy, which revealed that the boy was killed with three stab wounds. The results of the histological tests and those of the swabs that are likely aimed at searching for DNA and organic traces both on the worker's body and under his nails are not yet known .

Marco Mameli's family, heartbroken, thanked the people who have been bringing them comfort since last weekend and discreetly asked to be exempted from home visits.
