Flames in the night along the municipal road "Sa Funtanedda" in the territory of Quartu. The fire severely damaged a Peugeot 207: the vehicle was noticed by passing motorists as it caught fire around two o'clock: the alarm was immediate with the arrival of the firefighters and carabinieri of the Quartu Company's radio unit.

Now we are investigating to understand if the fire is arson or if it was caused by a sudden short circuit: the military is trying to trace the owner of the vehicle which was immediately removed to restore traffic. In this regard, at the moment, there are no other details.
