Car on fire in Bitti: providential intervention by two off-duty firefighters

Fire alarm, Saturday morning, in Bitti.

A team from the Nuoro Fire Brigade intervened at 7.40 to put out the flames that had engulfed a car.

Before the arrival, two men of 115 off duty, noticing the fire, had already gone into action, rushing to extinguish it, thus contributing to limiting. The colleagues then completed the safety and cleanup operations.
The police also intervened on site for investigations. The causes are being ascertained.
