Fire in the night in Capoterra . The blaze broke out shortly after 1am in the Fra Giuanni area, on private land in the countryside near the Sant'Efisio rest home.

The flames engulfed a truck, a bulldozer and some round bales of hay.

The alarm was raised immediately and the firefighters intervened, working for several hours to put out the fire and secure the area.
No one was involved. The causes are being investigated.
