The owner of a large dog who had attacked a 24-year-old from Monserrato on 10 July was reported free for negligent bodily harm.

The Calasetta police reconstructed, through testimonies and video surveillance images (not having been asked for their intervention immediately), what happened.

The dog had escaped the control of its owner, a 60-year-old from Livorno living in the province of Florence, and had bitten the young woman's arm, causing her minor injuries.
