Cagliari, worker falls into elevator shaft: serious condition

Accident at work in the early afternoon today in Cagliari, in via dei Salinieri. A worker, for reasons yet to be ascertained, while engaged in maintenance fell into an elevator shaft making a flight of about three meters.

Colleagues immediately called for help: the worker, aged 35, suffered various fractures and injuries to his pelvis and spine, but his life is not in danger .

The thirty-five-year-old – whose personal details are still unknown – was rushed by ambulance to Brotzu with a red code.
