22 Cagliari ultras are the recipients of as many group Daspo provisions issued by the Cagliari police chief. The fans were reported by Digos for having participated, in the past football championship, in various episodes of violence during sporting events of the rossoblù team.

THE FACTS – On 21 February 2022 there were clashes with the police in conjunction with the Serie A match Cagliari-Napoli ( HERE THE VIDEO ). The Daspo was signed against 17 people aged between 19 and 48, including known members of the upsetts. At the end of the meeting, a group of supporters from Cagliari had arrived outside the away sector of the stadium and had thrown smoke bombs, firecrackers and other objects inside the sector, as well as stones and bottles at the police . Three ultras had been arrested . For group conduct, a total of 49 Daspo provisions were issued. Among these are included 26 against Cagliari ultras and 21 against Napoli fans, lasting between one year and 8 years, even with obligations to appear.

A further group Daspo was issued by the Cagliari Police Headquarters against 7 Cagliari ultras (2 of whom were also involved in the attacks of 22 February) who, on 15 May, participated in an attack on the Poetto seafront against 6 Inter fans just got into a taxi. The group hit the car with sticks and belts fitted with metal buckles, damaging it. To escape the assault, the taxi driver had been forced to zig-zag between passers-by and cyclists, resulting in a danger to public safety.

Based on the results of the investigation activity of the Anti-Crime Police Division, the Daspo issued have a duration of 2 to 8 years. With regard to repeat offenders, the measures have been aggravated by obligations to appear, from 2 to 4 years, which they will have to fulfill during the Cagliari matches, at the Police Offices (State Police or Carabinieri).

All persons involved are prohibited from accessing stadiums and sports facilities in the national territory where football sports events are held, at any competitive, professional, amateur or youth level, including friendly matches and for charitable purposes, as well as matches for the Italian national team and of all the Italian or foreign teams that will be played in the national territory and abroad, as well as in the places interested in the stop, transit or transport of visiting fans in the capital.
