Not only in the historic center, the sanctions of the Municipality of Cagliari for illegal occupations of public land also affect Fonsarda (and Sant'Avendrace).

The most lasting restrictive measure was issued against the "Bar Ricevitoria 2010": on the corner between via dei Visconti and via Giudice Costantino, in the small park that takes its name from the neighborhood, Manow had started a business, a kiosk that had a concession of 45 square meters. Upon the arrival of the local police it emerged that there were 12 tables, 32 chairs, 2 barrels, 2 umbrellas, a bench and a tensile structure, for a total surface area of 99.92 square metres. Too many, for the agents. The concession has now been suspended for 33 days, starting from 11 January.

The Pilade pizzeria bar in via Giudice Mariano, however, had no authorisation: in November the local police found 4 tables and 7 chairs on the pavement. Thus the closure was imposed for 8 days, starting from January 11th. Same reasons and duration of the sanction for the Bar Acca in via Santa Gilla: in this case there were five square meters that were found to be occupied without title.

The music emitted from the speakers inside, which also reverberated outside, as detected by the traffic police at one o'clock on December 15th, is the reason for the fine that affects a place in Via Dettori, in the Marina: the Spirits Boutique will be left without tables outside for 30 days.
