In the photo of the Facebook group of Aic (Motorists imbeciles Cagliari) we see not only the infringement, but the contempt for the most elementary rules of road traffic, as well as civil coexistence.
On a gloomy day, someone in the city center mistook the roadway for a convenient free parking in front of the Courthouse.
