A 38-year-old from Villamassargia , domiciled in Cagliari and already known to the police, was reported yesterday by the police for aggravated theft and receiving stolen goods .
The man was identified as the person responsible for the theft carried out on 4 September at the Monte Urpinu tennis club , managed by a social cooperative, and for the theft at the home of a 93-year-old resident in the capital . On this last occasion, it was a laptop used by the elderly man that disappeared, which was found at the 38-year-old's home.
The identification of the man as the perpetrator of the theft in Monte Urpinu occurred thanks to the images of the video surveillance cameras in the area.
