Yet another demonstration of the Cagliari street vendors. A delegation of traders from the festivals flocked this morning in front of the municipality of Cagliari to ask for news of the ban on refreshments for the stop to activities linked to the pandemic.
A call, explains Mauro Zedda on behalf of his colleagues, which "dates back to November", but "we have no news of the arrival of the funds that are vital for us, since we have not been able to work".
There are about a hundred potential recipients, the figures vary from 2 thousand to 5 thousand euros per merchant. “From the first information collected - continues Zedda - there are bureaucratic hitches that we do not understand. But our position is clear: if those funds have been allocated it is right that they be distributed to those who for a long time, due to Covid, have not been able to work and have not collected a euro ".
