Digos agents in action in Cagliari, at first light of dawn, to search the home of a sixteen-year-old . The young man is suspected of having defaced the entrance door of the Jewish museum in the Sardinian capital with red paint and anti-Semitic writings on the occasion of the celebrations for the European Day of Jewish Culture, on September 14 and 15 .

After the discovery, the president of the Chenàbura Sardos pro Istraele association - whose headquarters are in the same building as the Jewish museum - Mario Carboni, filed a formal complaint, triggering the police investigation.

Solidarity with the young man was expressed by the antimilitarist and pro-Palestinian associations A Foras e Libertade .
