Cagliari, drug dealing in Piazza del Carmine: the arrest is made

Red-handed arrest and direct trial of a Gambian citizen caught drug dealing in Cagliari.

The agents of the Hawks Section of the Flying Squad were stationed in Piazza del Carmine and observed the 25-year-old giving approximately 5 grams of hashish to a Pakistani, receiving a payment of 50 euros. A further dose of the same substance was found on the young man. Furthermore, a few grams of marijuana were recovered from his home.

After the arrest, the Gambian was placed under house arrest and then immediately tried.
