Cagliari, dirt and meat of dubious origin: two restaurants fined

Dirt in the kitchen and undocumented food products . This is what the Nas carabinieri of Cagliari discovered during two inspections in as many Chinese restaurants in the city and in the hinterland.

The owners, a 74-year-old and a 33-year-old were fined .

In one of the restaurants, the Arma specialists found dirt in the kitchen, in the warehouses and on the equipment used to prepare food.

In the second, in addition to the lack of sanitation in the kitchen, the lack of traceability of 50 kilos of meat and fish products was contested , which were seized.

Fines totaling 5,000 euros were levied for the two owners.
