"We are human, not beasts. We want our dignity as workers."

These are the signs in front of the entrance to the civic music school of Cagliari occupied throughout the morning by the four workers who work in the concierge.

"They have halved our salary. With 400 euros we cannot live", they repeated asking for a meeting. Great tension when a bottle of petrol pops up.

In the middle there is the new workers' contract with a new company in Naples that manages the services of the structure on behalf of the Municipality. The salaries of the workers were cut in half and one person was sacked.

Only the intermediation of the Digos allowed to unblock the situation just before 1pm. A meeting with the trade union representatives in the Municipality was set up. The hope is that the situation can be unblocked. The occupation is over for now. "Not the state of agitation", the workers reiterated.
