Another nightmare morning for traffic in Cagliari. This time, as has been the case since last Tuesday, the disruption affects those entering the city from Via Riva di Ponente : the road is narrowed due to an e-distribution construction site that has taken up part of the carriageway.

The result is a funnel effect, with long lines and no alternative routes for those who find themselves stuck.

The lines started forming around 8:00 this morning. Work will continue until May 20th.
