Traffic is paralyzed in both directions : both for those coming from the embankment road and in the direction of Cagliari for those arriving from the hinterland.
Very long queues have formed , which in addition to Viale Marconi also include the Terramaini embankment itself (up to the entrance from the Asse mediano) and – on the opposite side – the streets that lead into Viale Marconi through the roundabout near the fire station.
The repercussions are heavy on the traffic in the capital and the eastern hinterland: those who tried to avoid the bottleneck found themselves stuck on all the alternative arteries, up to Pirri.
