Cagliari, car and scooter accident on the Asse mediano: daily chaos is served

Punctual, like every day when the sun rises: accident on the Asse mediano of Cagliari, just before the ramp to Viale Marconi, in the direction of Poetto. And hundreds of motorists trapped in the traffic jam.
