Cagliari, attempts the theft in an apartment but the condominiums call the police

The condominiums became suspicious of the presence of that man in the building and did not hesitate to notify the police, who in recent days - on the occasion of the holidays - have among other things strengthened the controls on the territory for the prevention of crimes.

In the condominium in Piazza Giovanni XXIII, in Cagliari, the agents of the Flying Squad arrived and arrested a 59-year-old surprised while he was trying to steal from an apartment. The cops blocked him from escaping through the stairs without having had time to take the stolen goods with him. At the front door of one of the houses, signs of forced entry were found and the rooms were in a mess. Also found two chisels, a long screwdriver and gloves used to avoid leaving fingerprints.

The 59-year-old, with a long list of precedents for home burglaries and robbery, was accompanied to the police station, and today will be subjected to a hearing for validation.
