A minor who committed a stabbing on July 6th at a bar in Cagliari's San Michele neighborhood was located at his home and arrested and placed in care. State Police officers responded to the Brotzu bar, where the victim arrived with a red flag with stab wounds. The victim initially claimed it was an attack by an unknown assailant at a kiosk in Poetto.
The stabbing victim's version was later denied by investigators from the Flying Squad, who identified the attacker . Given the serious and concrete evidence of his guilt, the Cagliari Juvenile Prosecutor's Office filed a request for precautionary measures, which was granted by the investigating judge, who ordered his placement in a community facility.
Thanks to the analysis of surveillance video and the collection of witness statements, the sequence of events was reconstructed: around 6:30 a.m. on July 6, the minor had an altercation with the victim in front of several witnesses. He had taken a knife from a car and approached the other youth in the restroom of a public place. There, he struck him twice, once to the chest and once to the forearm, with injuries that will last more than 40 days .
On Saturday afternoon, during the notification of the arrest, the Flying Squad officers also found the young man trying to get rid of 27 grams of cocaine and 1 gram of ketamine, throwing the drugs out of the window of his house .
