From Cagliari to Selargius, the list of no pass restaurants and pubs circulates in chat
The list is continuously updated by customers who give indications on how to enter

Good evening, we booked a table for dinner . "Please make yourselves comfortable". Excuse me, don't you check the Green pass ? "Oh yes, sure, the waitress will do it once you're seated." Then, time passes, you order drinks and food, many people arrive, the restaurant fills up, and no one will ever come to ask you for the green certificate. It happens on a Saturday evening in a restaurant a stone's throw from the center of Cagliari, it will have happened to you too, and if you have had the vaccine it will disturb you a lot. Like? I am in order, but who knows if my neighbor is, and perhaps he came here today precisely because he knew very well he could get in smoothly. Indeed, he is probably part of that gang of "crafty" - let's call them that - no vax, no pass, no health dictatorship, no science, etc. contact with each other, on social networks, on Whatsapp chats, to report to the community in which places you are welcomed with open arms without having to show the QR code.
A long list
A long list of restaurants, ethnic and Sardinian, pizzerias, trattorias, breweries, pubs, in the city, in Stampace and the Marina, for example, again, in Quartu, in Selargius, in other centers of the hinterland and in some villages further inland, which even better escape the blitzes of the police. Some places are absolutely free , others - the signalers indicate - have two distinct rooms, both internal, one for the immunized and the other free; still others offer ad hoc semi-covered spaces near the entrance, or ask for the pass over the phone but then do not verify the authenticity of the declaration. The map is constantly updated, as soon as another "self-governed" place is discovered it is included in the list, and there is one not only for living at night, but also for normal daytime activities, such as gyms and spas.
The exhibitors
In August it was the same rebel merchants who advertised themselves on Telegram, even a doctor's office boasted not to ask for the Green pass. Now it is the customers who are well organized, they are outlaws, but they don't want to feel marginalized.
