Cagliari, a robbery at the auto parts depot fails: "They wanted the safe."

The robbery failed thanks to the cameras and the quick intervention of the security guards, who alerted the police.

Six hooded and unidentifiable criminals broke into Rafco, an auto parts company located on Via dell'Agricoltura in Cagliari, just after 9 p.m. yesterday evening .

The Sicurtecnica operations center was alerted by video signals from the external cameras and, immediately afterwards, by the alarm signal from the burglar alarm system.

The emergency response was immediate: a security guard rushed to the scene, while the police and the business owner were notified.

The report says that there were six criminals, who opened the entrance gate and brought in a Panda that was "definitely stolen. They were completely covered to be unrecognizable. They tore off the bars of a window as if they were cardboard and, ignoring the sound of the siren, entered in an attempt to steal the safe."

The operation was interrupted by the arrival of the security company's car, spotted on Viale Elmas by the gang's lookout. The thieves were forced to flee.
