The car ended up on the rocks of Turas after knocking down part of the wall along the provincial road . A spectacular accident that fortunately only caused minor injuries to the driver of the Suzuki Cross, a 70-year-old resident of Bosa.

For reasons yet to be determined by the Carabinieri of the Bosa station, the pensioner lost control of her small car along the road connecting the Marina to Turas, a few steps from the Raju Ruju restaurant, crashed into the wall, knocking it down, and ended up on the rocks.

The alarm was raised by the swimmers who witnessed the accident.

On site, in addition to the Carabinieri, were also 118 operators and a team of firefighters from Macomer who, after a few hours, brought the car back onto the road, securing that stretch of coast.

The 70-year-old woman was transferred to the emergency room of the Mastino hospital in Bosa for checks.
