The reclamation activities of the bomb found in Cala Moresca have been completed. The area was reopened at 11.15 today, at the same time as the abrogation of the order with which the commander of the Circomare di Arbatax, Mattia Caniglia, had ordered the interdiction.

The first swimmers passed immediately after, reaching the beach which remained armored for three days. The double-acting fuze, found last Thursday, was in perfect condition, but inert as it lacked the respective activation devices. The bomb squad of the Army intervened to deal with it.

Coast Guard, Carabinieri and Police personnel also worked on the spot.
