A year ago, on November 28, 2020, Bitti was shocked by a storm which, in addition to causing considerable damage, caused the death of three people .
The debris has invaded the streets, houses, many displaced citizens ( HERE THE VIDEO ). An emergency that lasted for days and saw the involvement of hundreds of law enforcement, rescue and numerous volunteers.
A wave of water and mud in which Giuseppe Mannu, 55, farmer, lost his life; Giuseppe Carzedda, 90, retired; Lia Orunesu, 89, retired.
Today, on the occasion of the anniversary of the tragedy, the Fire Brigade recall those days and the balance of their activities: 1,336 were interventions, 15 people rescued.
