The man who injured two people in Olbia while brandishing scissors appeared before Tempio Pausania's investigating judge, Marcella Pinna. The 26-year-old Tunisian national accused of attempted murder addressed the magistrate in a disrespectful manner and shouted in the courtroom. Prison police officers then restrained the man's outburst.

The man is under investigation for attempted murder and has not given any explanation for his conduct, but has exercised his right to remain silent.

Regarding the events that occurred in Olbia and the injury of two people, as well as the killing of a dog, there are no new elements compared to what has already been ascertained by the Carabinieri of Olbia.

The prosecutor requested the man be held in custody, and the lawyer Damaso Ragnedda is representing him. Ragnedda declined to comment.
