Road accident yesterday morning, Sunday 13 August, along state road 130 at km 7.700 .
A 22-year-old resident of Assemini , riding a Honda scooter owned by his 58-year-old mother , while proceeding towards Cagliari collided with an Opel Meriva with a 62-year-old from Assemini on board, who was unharmed.
For the motorcyclist, the intervention of a 118 ambulance was necessary and the transfer in code red, but not in danger of life, to the "Brotzu" hospital in Cagliari.
However, the subsequent investigations carried out by the carabinieri revealed not only that the 22-year-old never obtained the necessary driving license , but that the scooter has been subject to an administrative seizure order by the Municipal Police of Cagliari since 26 May .
Both the young man and the mother will be reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Cagliari for driving without a license as never obtained with recidivism (the motorcyclist) and for theft or damage to things subject to seizure (the mother).
