«I had the camera in my hand, but only one of the shots came out well: those splendid animals were very fast».

It is the story of a Neapolitan tourist, Aldo Matrisciano, who on Sunday morning photographed a group of moufflons walking in the port of Arbatax.

The man posted the photo on Facebook and, as they say in these cases, it immediately went viral.

«I have been coming to Sardinia for twenty years, my wife is originally from Tortolì», says Matrsciano, «Sunday morning we landed in Arbatax and went to photograph the Rocce Rosse area, then walking back to the port we saw the mouflons».

Ten specimens that quickly crossed the airport area under the eyes of the many tourists who had just landed. "It was very nice. I know that in the past someone had also seen them walking near the Rocce Rosse bay».
