Three suspects in the Region for the assignment of the role of general director of the Personnel Department in March 2020 to the lawyer Silvia Cocco, hypothetically lacking the necessary qualifications.
An alleged lack contested by the Public Prosecutor of Cagliari to the same recipient of the appointment and to the councilor Valeria Satta, head of Personnel, while Massimo Temussi, extraordinary commissioner of Ats, was called into question because, as former general manager of Aspal, he had assigned and not revoked to Cocco the role of service director at the Sardinian agency for active employment policies.
The prosecutor Andrea Vacca has closed the investigation and the men of the Cagliari Guardia di Finanza have notified the objections to directly interested parties and defense lawyers (Massimiliano Ravenna for Satta, Stefano Porcu for Temussi and Agostinangelo Marras for Cocco): Cocco self-certification; forgery by induction and abuse of office in Satta; abuse of office and omission of official documents in Temussi.
"We are serene," says the lawyer Ravenna, "the commissioner by role is not appointed to verify the requirements of the various candidates.
