Alghero, a man crashes his motorcycle while trying to avoid a cyclist: he is in serious condition.

A motorcyclist from Alghero was seriously injured following an accident shortly after 11 a.m. on the road to Valverde, in the Alghero area.
The man is hospitalized in serious condition at Sassari Civil Hospital. While riding his motorcycle with a passenger, he was riding along the road near the first Madonnina statue when he crashed into a wall while trying to avoid a collision with a cyclist in front of him.
Emergency medical personnel from 118 responded to the scene of the accident and transported the motorcyclist by air ambulance to the Santissima Annunziata hospital in Sassari. The fire department and the Alghero local police were also on site, tasked with reconstructing the accident.
