Two new flights from Sardinia to Milan. This is the news from Aeroitalia starting next July 21st, with the addition of further daily connections to respond to the peak in summer demand. These are Cagliari-Milan Linate, departing at 11 and returning from Lombardy at 13.10, and Olbia-Linate departing at 11.30 and returning from Milan at 13.30.
In June, Aeroitalia transported 210,282 passengers, an increase of 26,515 units compared to 2024 on routes in territorial continuity , with an average load factor of 78%. The Cagliari-Rome route dominates: 102,001 seats, 18% more than in 2024. The company reports 7,009 passengers per day on routes to and from the airports of Cagliari and Olbia.
The forecasts for the summer months confirm the positive trend: in July there are 275,083 seats available (+7.3, equal to +18,610 compared to July 2024), in August Aeroitalia's offer will rise to 295,280 seats (+6.3%, equal to +17,544 compared to August 2024) .
Further strengthening the offering are new global agreements with Delta Air Lines, Air France and KLM , which since the beginning of July have guaranteed passengers the ability to easily connect to major international hubs and continue their journey to over 600 destinations worldwide.
