A tree falls on a building in Assemini, damaging two apartments.

A tree fell today around 1:00 PM on a four-story building on Via Toscana, at the corner of Via La Malfa, in Assemini . The accident damaged the balconies of two apartments and shattered the window of one.

The Cagliari fire department responded to the scene with a rapid response team, supported by a ladder truck and a crane. The firefighters cut down and removed the tree, as well as securing the unsafe parts of the structure.

The mayor of Assemini was also present, along with municipal technicians , to monitor the situation and coordinate the response. Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident.
