A man stopped on his motorcycle without a license plate injures a police officer with a stone: arrested

A 22-year-old man was arrested in La Maddalena on charges of resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer.

The young man, stopped by the police for a check while riding his motorcycle, was found to have no license plate or insurance . At that point, the officers attempted to take appropriate action, but the boy reacted violently, threatening the officers and even throwing a stone at one of them, which struck him and slightly injured him.

The young man then fled , but the soldiers from La Maddalena, in tandem with their colleagues from Arzachena, managed to track him down at his home.

At that point the arrest was made, with the 22-year-old being transferred to Bancali prison , at the disposal of the Tempio Pausania Public Prosecutor's Office.
