A fire in the Carbonia countryside has erupted, with a Forestry Corps helicopter in the air.

The Forestry Corps is engaged in extinguishing a fire that broke out in the countryside of the Municipality of Carbonia, in the Is Serafinis area.

A helicopter from the Iglesias operations base is responding to the scene, while the operations are being coordinated by the DOS of the Carbonia Forestry Station.
