A 63-year-old man and his 19-year-old son from Ilbono were arrested for possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing and for possession of a rifle with a serial number removed . The young man's mother, a 54-year-old, was also reported for carrying objects capable of causing offence .

It all happened on the evening of November 11, when mother and son were stopped in Tortolì , in via della Lavandaia, aboard the car driven by the woman. Both had with them a switchblade, the young man also 19 grams of marijuana .

Given the seizure and considering the suspicious behavior of the two, the carabinieri extended the search to the family home, where the 63-year-old was present, found in possession of the clandestine rifle . In the house, another 19 grams and a marijuana plant were also found, in addition to 60 grams of hashish and a domestic greenhouse with lamps for growing and a fan for drying the substance.

Undeclared weapons and ammunition were scattered around the house, where the carabinieri also found five turtles. For these latter, the woman was reported, as she did not have the necessary authorizations.

Father and son were taken to Lanusei prison, in the validation hearing the investigating judge ordered house arrest for the 63-year-old and the obligation to sign for the young man. The mother was reported at large .
