Fears, but fortunately no serious injuries, were reported this afternoon in Dolianova following a two-car collision at the intersection of Via Mazzini and Via Lamarmora. Four people were injured, including a one-and-a-half-year-old child and his 13-year-old brother. Two women, one the children's mother, were also injured, driving a Yaris and a Panda, respectively.

The Toyota with the mother and children inside overturned on its side after the impact: the occupants were freed by a local resident, who smashed the windshield to provide first aid.

Parteolla local police were on the scene, along with several ambulances from the 118 emergency services. A red code for hospital transfer was assigned solely based on the nature of the accident.
