A 34-year-old is beaten after the fight with his nephew: three complaints in Marmilla
The man went to ask the mechanic who had beaten his grandson for an account, but he too raised his hands
Three complaints for personal injury and brawl in Marmilla.
Two episodes disputed by the carabinieri: in the first a 34-year-old mechanic, known to the police, beat a 21-year-old student for reasons that are not better defined but in any case futile.
The latter turned to an uncle, also a mechanic, who reached the 34-year-old to ask for an account of what happened. Too bad that he in turn hit him several times with his bare hands on the face with kicks and punches, so as to cause him injuries reported in the civil hospital of San Gavino Monreale.
The prognosis is 30 days unless there are complications.
The carabinieri of the town, having received news of the facts, reconstructed the story and reported the three protagonists of the affair to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Cagliari.
