"Where is the State of Insularity?": A debate in Cagliari today.

"What is the current state of insularity?" This is the topic of the seminar scheduled for today at 6:00 PM in Cagliari, in the Unione Sarda Online Video Room, located at Viale Regina Elena 14. It will be an opportunity, as stated in a statement, "to revisit the question of what has happened to the principle of insularity. Four years have passed since we changed the Constitution. What has changed in the lives of Sardinians?" Constitutional law from November 7, 2022 (number 2) through the " Amendment of Article 119 of the Constitution , concerning the recognition of the unique characteristics of islands and the overcoming of disadvantages resulting from insularity," the principle still awaits concrete implementation.
Speakers are expected to include Maria Antonietta Mongiu (archaeologist), Rita Dedola (lawyer), Gianvalerio Sanna (president of Consorzio Uno di Oristano), Marco Betzu (full professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Cagliari), Laura Caddeo (former director of the Ministry of Education), Gianni Marilotti (former senator), Antonella Zedda (senator), Alessandra Zedda (Cagliari city councilor), Luciano Uras (former senator), Simona De Francisci (journalist, co-director of Tg Videolina), Piero Comandini (president of the Regional Council), and Simona Fanzecco (general secretary of CGIL Sardinia).
The initiative is from the "Technical Scientific Committee on Insularity in the making".
