"Dear Union,

I am writing to communicate an event that happened yesterday in Sant'Andrea (in front of the Andrea Parodi park) but which is happening too often here in Flumini di Quartu .

Yesterday the 10 dogs of a shepherd literally tore my cat from the fence of my house and tore it to pieces in front of my eyes.

Unfortunately, several such episodes have already happened: the cats of the colony next door have almost all been killed, the same happened to 2 dogs and cats of a neighbor.

These dogs are starving and we even fed them ourselves. The mistress, to feed them, goes through people's garbage and gives them what she finds. We inhabitants of the neighborhood are also afraid for our safety because these dogs are more than 10 and after this fact I am also afraid to go out for a simple walk with my dog.

Even more dangerous is the fact that this hungry dog pack is next to a public park with children.

Best regards".
