Last rehearsals for “ La Cenerentola ”, the first opera production entirely conceived and made in Gallura.

The opera, staged by the Bernardo De Muro Music Academy of Tempio Pausania , in collaboration with the Academy of the Rossini Festival, is a playful drama in two acts , by Jacopo Ferretti, with music by Gioacchino Rossini .

It will be staged on 14 and 16 October at the Teatro del Carmine in Tempio under the direction of Maestro Andrea Solinas and directed by Matteo Anselmi : in the cast, Tamar Ugrekhelidze in the role of Angelina-Cinderella, Claire Coolen plays Thisbe, Aleksandra Szmyd and Clorinda , Gianluca Lentini plays the role of Don Magnifico, Valerio Pagano those of Alidoro, Marco Puggioni is Don Ramiro, Carlo Sgura plays Dandini.

“A pride not only for the city of Tempio but for the entire Gallura area - the comment of the regional councilor for Culture, Andrea Biancareddu -.
