It is well known that great detectives are lovers of good food: just think of Nero Wolfe and Montalbano. What is decidedly unusual is that the detective is a cook rather than a chef like in the fiction where the protagonist was Bud Spencer. The German Brigitte Glaser is defined as the queen of the "gastronomic mystery". She will open tomorrow at 6:30 pm the 15th edition of the literary festival Florinas in Giallo – l'Isola dei misteri , organized by Associazione Itinerandia with the artistic direction of the Cyrano and Azuni bookstores.

Brigitte Glaser will present her novel "Bomba al gelato" in Piazza del Polo, which has as its protagonist the irresistible cook Katharina Schweizer. Followed by Angelo Corbo , agent of Giovanni Falcone's escort with the book "La strage di Capaci. Paradossi, omissioni e altre dimenticarenze" and Neri Marcorè in the reading "Uccido chi voglio" in which he gives voice and face to the bibliotherapist Vince Corso born from the literary imagination of Fabio Stassi.

The inauguration of the ethnographic exhibition “The relationship between Florinas and crime between the 19th and 20th centuries” curated by the Youth Council and open until Sunday in the town's social centre will also contribute to making the first day of the festival of the Municipality of Florinas even richer.
