The session of the Regional Council of Sardinia has been convened for Wednesday 12 at 11 - and not for Tuesday, as initially leaked - with the election of the three delegates who will participate in the voting to elect the new President of the Republic on the agenda.
For established practice, the President of the Region, Christian Solinas, the President of the Regional Council, Michele Pais, and an opposition member, in this case the leader of the Democratic Party Gianfranco Ganau, already a great elector of Sergio Mattarella, should be able to fly to Rome when he was president of the Sardinian Assembly.
In any case, even the practice must be supported by an agreement that the political forces aim to reach in the conference of group leaders convened by Pais for Tuesday at 5 pm.
On that occasion, it will also take stock of the approval process of the 2022 Finance Act.
