QuattroEmme Costruzioni invites collaborators, customers and friends to its convention in Sardara: a large family of 130 people

There were more than 130 people on Saturday 1 July at the Antiche Terme di Sardara for the annual convention of QuattroEmme Costruzioni , a leading construction company in Cagliari and its surroundings in the construction and complete renovation of independent houses and apartments.

An initiative strongly desired by the owner Marco Mura, who together with his sister Monia and her staff has led a small construction company made up of four or five collaborators to become a large family in 12 years, a home where everyone feels at ease .

At the Sardara convention there were not only those who in other companies are called "employees" (here the employees become collaborators, because everyone cooperates with conviction for the good and the objectives of the team), but also and above all their families: wives, husbands , girlfriends, boyfriends and the most colourful, lively and amused: the children. They were the ones who opened the morning with a hilarious quiz game in which they had to recognize their dads' work tools. All passed with full marks, a sign that work at home is not something to be wearily set aside once you have crossed the front door, but a topic to be shared with family with joy and passion.  

Said of the collaborators and families, this is where the surprises arrived. Marco Mura and his collaborator Fabrizio Marras (very good organizer of the event) wanted first of all to bring on stage the professionals who collaborate every day with the company: engineers, surveyors, architects, creatives, interior designers, accountants, credit brokers and suppliers, who with their work make the vision of the "custom-made home" possible. Final result that QuattroEmme Costruzioni customers can see realized, within the established times and within the agreed costs from the first estimate drawn up, without the need to contact someone else. A qualified and selected network for which Marco and his collaborators guarantee.

And it was the customers who took turns on the stage, masterfully managed by the conductor Matteo Bruni, the only ones who can testify without any interest to the goodness of QuattroEmme Costruzioni's entrepreneurial project. Guarantees on delivery times, quality of workmanship, attention to customer needs and compliance with agreed estimates: these are the main awarenesses brought to the public's attention by four customers who were more than satisfied.

The intervention of Marco Mura, a sensitive, enlightened and enthusiastic person, made it clear that behind all this there is above all a concept, which emerged several times during the convention: the team, the family, the group, are the most important things . The individual, alone, will never be able to create what QuattroEmme Costruzioni has managed to do in recent years, trying to change the idea they had of a construction company in the eyes of people and of the same collaborators, an environment too often seen as rude, disorganized and sloppy. No, the Settimo San Pietro company demonstrates that even in this sector one can and must be reliable, precise, serious and willing to work together.

And since you don't live on work alone - on the contrary - the other part of the convention left room for pleasant moments to spend all together: an excellent lunch served in the restaurant of the Antiche Terme di Sardara and a few hours of absolute relaxation in the welcoming thermal pools. Moments of conviviality and well-being that denote the great attention of QuattroEmme Costruzioni towards collaborators, friends and customers. A large family of 130 people united by love and passion for a hard and tiring job, but which, if faced with this spirit, becomes the most beautiful job in the world.

Family which, as announced by the owners, is selecting new figures in recent weeks, especially young people, to be included in the team with clear and well-defined professional and human growth paths. “We need young people who are passionate about this job again - said Marco Mura during the event -. We don't necessarily look for 'champions', but young people who have a great desire to learn and progress together with the company and who above all know how to form a team”.
