“Pizza Talent Show”: Matteo Vari from Budoni wins

On his return to Sardinia, Matteo Vari , the owner of “La Piazzetta” in Budoni, who won the Pizza Talent Show, a television program hosted by Alessandro di Pietro on AlmaTv, was greeted by a great party.
Vari, originally from Rome, won the jury's favor thanks to a gourmet pizza .
"I am really happy to have won the title of Italian champion of the Pizza Talent Show 2022 as the best pizzeria in central Italy, the television medium is truly extraordinary and has allowed me to bring my art into the homes of Italians - commented the pizza chef -. I have to say thanks to the jury, made up of extraordinary professionals who pushed me to the limit looking for the most particular combinations to be able to win. I thank all the other guys who accompanied me on this journey, they are very good teachers and people of exceptional stature ".
The specialty that enchanted the judges - the world champion Stefano Miozzo, the master of white art Marco Quintili, the technicians Stefano Porro and Fabio Sociani and Luciano Sorbillo - was that based on cream of broccoli, stracciatella di Andria, sturgeon smoked, rennet apple with truffle and a sprinkling of chopped pistachios.
The victory was dedicated to my mother: “If I became who I am today I owe it to her”.
